**Due to COVID-19 and reduced airfreight capacity, shipping is taking a little longer than usual, however we are working hard to ensure you receive your packages as soon as possible.**
Currently, Bump and Babe ships within Australia, also to New Zealand, United States, Canada, the UK and EU.
There is a flat fee charge of AUS $20 for International shipping.
Note: Extra taxes and customs delays outside Australia are subject to the rules of each country are not the responsibility of Bump and Babe. Delays may be experienced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Australian orders over the amount of $100 is sent free of charge as standard domestic shipping within Australia.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Tracking information is sent via email once item is being shipped. This is subject to change at any time, and any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances are not subject to a refund.
Furthermore, Bump and Babe provides detailed tracking for all shipments and is not responsible for packages once they leave our premises. Packages that are marked as “Delivered” to the address which was provided to us is deemed complete.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address by the customer is subject to fees to reshipment. The ability to provide a correct address lies solely on the Customer and is not the responsibility of Bump and Babe. Bump and Babe will ship packages to addresses provided to us by the customer either through the Website, Email, or Verbal transaction and is not responsible for the carrier’s ability or availability to provide successful delivery to that address.
Bump and Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged at 10% for all products sold within Australia. All deliveries within Australia includes GST.
For orders outside Australia, additional duties and taxes may be charged in certain countries at customs and this is the responsibility of the purchaser to clear duties to obtain delivery of purchases.
Bump and Babe will not process or accept any refunds for change of mind or on product purchased due to health regulations and hygiene reasons. If you receive the product as faulty, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as the subject line so we can easily find it. We require photos sent of the damaged product via email together with invoice order numbers.
Bump and Babe will process your request including a Return Authorisation Number and replacement details via email. Each return is treated case by case and Bump and Babe will advise on your return status.
Disputes with Bump and Babe
If you dispute any payment made to Bump and Babe you must notify Bump and Babe in writing via email or in writing within thirty (30) days of making the payment in dispute. Failure to notify Bump and Babe shall result in the waiver by you of any claim relating to such disputed payment.
Payment shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by Bump and Babe. No other accounting of any kind shall be accepted by Bump and Babe or have any effect under these Terms and Conditions.
We may withhold any taxes or other amounts from payments due to you as required by law. By accessing the Website and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly waive the right to request a chargeback from your credit card by Bump and Babe, and acknowledge that your sole recourse for any disputes is through the dispute resolution procedures noted herein.
